Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Here's how to track your order:
- Check your email: Look for a confirmation email from Unee containing your tracking number.
- Visit carrier website: Use the tracking number on UPS, FedEx, or USPS websites.
- Track through account: Log into your Unee account and visit "Order History".
You can change your address or cancel before shipping by contacting support@mission-ai.org. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
30-Day Return Policy: Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
After Activation: Once activated and connected, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged units.

Unee will be shipped from our local warehouse within 2 days after you place your order.
Yes, shipping is free for all orders.
US: 3-7 business days. Remote areas may take more than 7 days. These are estimates and actual delivery may be affected by carriers.
Log in to the Unee App, tap Add Device. Double-tap the power button until the Wi-Fi icon appears to enter pairing mode, then follow on-screen instructions.
Ensure Unee is in pairing mode, keep your phone within 1 meter, and tap "Search Again" in the app.
Common causes: Incorrect Wi-Fi password, unstable connection, or device timeout. Note: Unee only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Unee writes when it has interacted with you enough to understand you and feels an emotional connection. The more you share, the more it reflects.
Yes! Simply say: "Hello Unee, turn up the volume" or "Hello Unee, lower the volume."
When on, Unee’s eyes turn off and it won't play system sounds. You can still wake it up by touch or voice.
Check if it's in mute mode (mute icon on eyes), check network connection, or ensure you are speaking clearly within proximity.
